How Do I Change the Name on My AOL Account?
AOL email is a pioneer in the email technologies in the world; they are one of the first email service providers in the world. You are asked to choose a username when you create an account on AOL, and that cannot be changed afterward. However, if you don’t have to use the new usernames, you can delete or change them. You can delete them and choose new or change them at any time. And then, make that username as your default; this enables you to change your username to use the AOL services.

Then, you need to click on the Manage My Usernames link to change or delete them.

Now, you have to click on the X in the delete column right next to the username you want to delete. Then you need to confirm the delete, and that screen name will be deleted from the list.
